this ceramic quick change sanding disc is affixed with the versatile, plastic, Type R (Type III) male roll-on, roll-off attachment system comparable to (and compatible with) 3M Roloc™ quick twist-on, twist-off. These discs are meant to be used with a 3-inch backing pad that can then be fastened to any ¼” power drill or air grinding tool. Ceramic quick change discs are commonly used in auto collision repair, aerospace manufacturing and repair, marine manufacturing and repair, transportation and heavy equipment manufacturing and repair, as well as general industrial uses and metal fabrication. This innovative abrasive grain is the absolute best option for use with stainless steel, chrome, inconel, aluminum, nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, titanium and other hard to grind materials.
